Club Red Volleyball

About Us

Club Red Juniors is a registered Non-Profit organization. We are members of the USAV, beginning our 18th year of operation in the East Valley. Club Red Juniors Volleyball program was established in the fall of 1992 by Club Administrator Steve Crook. That initial season featured sixteen athletes and two coaches. We are a very successful club, having won numerous regional championships while placing many athletes on volleyball scholarships around the country. We currently have former athletes playing at Nebraska, Arizona, BYU, Texas, Arizona State, Utah, Pepperdine, Northern Arizona, Saint Mary's, Cincinnati; just to name a few.

During the 2010 season Club Red sent three teams to nationals. Our 16-Red team was the #1 ranked juniors team in the country for much of the year, winning the open division at Colorado Crossroads, along with the Southern California Qualifier. That same 16s team also won the Arizona region and the 18s division at the Fiesta Classic. This group of athletes/coaches was arguably the most successful club team in the history of Arizona club volleyball, and a National Championship contender heading in to the 2011 season.

In 2007 our 18-1 team were runner-ups in the region while our 18-2 and 17-1 teams finished 7th and 8th respectively.
In 2006 our 18-1 team won the Open Regional championship for the 4th year in a row. In 2005, for the second time in three years, our 18-1 and 17-1 teams finished 1-2 in the 18 Open Regional Championships. In 2004 our 16-1 and 18-1 teams were Arizona Region Open Champions. In 2003 our 18-1 and 17-1 teams placed 1st and 2nd at the 18-and-under Arizona Regional Open Championships. In 2002 our 17-1 team placed second in the region in the 18-and-under open division while qualifying for Open Nationals; our 16-1 team placed third in the open division; and our 16-2 team placed fourth. Our 2001 16-and-under team were Open regional champions.
